SHIPPING POLICY

 

All merchandise being shipped is to be paid by the customer.  We use various Couriers including Federal Express (FedEx), United Parcel Service (UPS), and the United States Postal Service (USPS). When you place your order, you will be able to choose the Options available, along with the Price of each option.  Just choose your option and we will do the rest.

We currently ship to all fifty (50) states.   We may add additional countries in the future if their is demand for them.  We DO NOT ship to APO/IPO addresses.  

Our company ships Monday - Saturday.  We make every effort to ship Orders within 24 hours of receipt.  Orders received after 2:00 pm EST will not ship until the next business day.  We do not request Saturday Deliveries by the Courier, as that would cost significantly higher; however, FedEx does deliver Ground Home packages on Saturday with no additional costs.  Custom Orders require additional time to design.  We will notify you by email when your order is ready for shipment.

Our Wreaths average 24-30+ inches in diameter and are approximately 6-8" in depth.  To protect your wreath from being damaged during shipment, we use heavy duty Corrugated Shipping Boxes, large enough to accommodate the wreath without smashing it.  Because of the Dimensions of the Boxes used, we are normally charged "dimensional weights" instead of actual weights.  Units are measured at approximately 55-60.  This does not mean 55-60 pounds.  It's the Couriers' way of measuring Dimensions. Average costs for shipping ground home is around $28-32.00, depending on your location.

Our other products are inspected, carefully packaged to prevent breakage, and marked FRAGILE prior to shipping.  We will pack items together when feasible to decrease shipping costs.

Please notify us immediately but no more than 48 hours after delivey by phone  at 1(910)868-2040 or by email at carolinahomedecorandwreaths@gmail.com IF products are received Damaged from the Courier, so we may make arrangements for the Damaged Items to be shipped back to us for Replacement. Do NOT discard damaged items unless advised by our Company in writing to do so.  Most Shipping Couriers require us to notify them within 48 hours of any Damaged Goods in order to file a Claim and have the right to pickup and inspect both the Damaged Goods and all Packaging Materials, including the box.
